Same day delivery by a Teleflora Network Florist is available in most areas of the U.S. and Canada on orders placed as late as 2p.m. in the recipient's time zone Monday through Friday (earlier times may apply to some areas). Saturday deliveries are available in some areas for orders placed by 12 noon in the recipient's time zone.
Delivery is included in the price of the arrangement.

Next Day Delivery is only possible if ordered by 3PM Eastern Monday - Friday.
Monday Delivery must be ordered by noon Eastern Saturday.
No Sunday delivery!
Same Day Delivery possible only in Miami, Florida if order received by Noon. No
deliveries to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O.'s. No deliveries to high school students at school. Not responsible for Delivery Delays due to Weather conditions as determined by our
carrier.

Deliveries may arrive anytime from
9am - 5pm business addresses (usually before 4PM)and up to 6PM Residences. Priority deliveries before noon (Where available as determined by carrier).
If no one is home:
Our carrier will determine at their sole discretion if it is safe to leave a package and do so if it appears so. They will not in most instances leave a package at an apartment without a signature. If your recipient is indisposed or otherwise not available when delivery attempt is made, they will have to pick up the package at the nearest carrier hub or carrier may elect to redeliver the next business day.
It is up to you to make sure your recipient is available during delivery period and 2 Dozen Roses.com will not be responsible if this is not so as determined by our carrier.
Special security measures for many buildings and institutions in place since 9-11 mandate that all deliveries be made to one central location despite any specific instructions you may request. This is not cause for replacement or refund.
Delivery dates are only possible as defined by the table below: WE DO
NOT SHIP for Sunday Delivery except locally and only by special arrangement. If you
choose a delivery date that is not within these guidelines
your order will be sent for the next possible weekday delivery day and you
are liable for any up charges.
